Custom business software and AI for businesses in Pakistan
Updated
AutoBizzs Systems builds custom business software, AI and automation for Pakistani companies — finance, HR and payroll, POS and inventory, CRMs, portals and the devices they connect to. We're a fully remote team, so a business in Bahawalpur or Sialkot works with the same people, on the same process, as one in Karachi or Lahore.
Pakistan has a few things that change how a system should be built here: tax invoicing that now has to talk to FBR, customers who expect to reach you on WhatsApp, messages written in Urdu and Roman Urdu, and payment rails like Raast, JazzCash and Easypaisa. This page covers what that means in practice.

What changes when you automate a Pakistani business?
Most off-the-shelf automation tools are designed around email and card payments. In Pakistan, a lot of real business happens elsewhere: orders arrive on WhatsApp, payments come in by bank transfer, Raast or a mobile wallet, and staff confirm details over a phone call. A useful system starts from that reality instead of forcing everyone onto a new channel.
That usually means capturing WhatsApp and web enquiries into one place, matching incoming payments to orders, and making sure invoices and records line up with what FBR expects.
Does my invoicing need to connect to FBR?
If you are registered for sales tax, very likely yes. FBR has required sales-tax-registered persons to integrate their invoicing with its system through a licensed integrator, under rules that started with SRO 709(I)/2025 and were revised several times during 2025. Budget measures in 2026 proposed suspending or blacklisting registrations that don't comply.
The schedule and scope have changed more than once, so confirm your own position with your tax adviser. What we can do is make sure your order, inventory and invoicing data is clean and structured, so connecting it to FBR through a licensed integrator is a small step instead of a rebuild.
What about customer data?
Pakistan still has no standalone personal data protection law in force. A Personal Data Protection Bill has been drafted several times, most recently in 2023, but has not been passed. The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA), amended in 2025, covers unauthorised access to data and systems.
Even without a dedicated law, we build systems as if one applied: only collecting what you need, limiting who can see customer records, and keeping a log of changes. If the bill passes, you won't have to retrofit any of that.
Language: Urdu, Roman Urdu and English
Customers in Pakistan often switch between English, Urdu script and Roman Urdu in the same conversation. A chatbot or message-routing system that only understands formal English will misread a large share of real messages. We test with the kind of messages your customers actually send before anything goes live.
Which cities in Pakistan do we work with?
All of them, remotely. We don't have an office in any of these cities, and that's deliberate: you get the same team and process wherever you are. What differs from city to city is the kind of business, and so the kind of system that tends to help most.
Karachi
Pakistan's largest city, main port and financial centre, with a heavy concentration of trading, logistics, import and distribution businesses.
Often useful: Order and shipment tracking, matching invoices to deliveries, and routing customer enquiries across busy sales teams.
Lahore
Punjab's capital, with a large mix of retail, textiles, services, education and a growing software sector.
Often useful: Lead and enquiry management, appointment booking for clinics and services, and internal dashboards that replace spreadsheet reporting.
Islamabad and Rawalpindi
The federal capital and its twin city, home to government-facing contractors, NGOs, consultancies, education and tech companies.
Often useful: Document-heavy workflows, approvals, reporting and records management where accuracy and an audit trail matter.
Faisalabad
Pakistan's main textile city, with spinning, weaving, processing and garment businesses and the suppliers around them.
Often useful: Inventory and production tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing for high-volume B2B orders.
Sialkot
An export manufacturing city known for sports goods, surgical instruments and leather products, selling largely to overseas buyers.
Often useful: Export order tracking, buyer communication across time zones, and consistent quoting and documentation.
Multan
A major centre for southern Punjab, with agriculture, cotton, mangoes and the trading and distribution businesses that serve them.
Often useful: Dealer and distributor order management, seasonal stock tracking, and WhatsApp order intake.
Bahawalpur
A southern Punjab city whose economy leans on agriculture, cotton, education and local trade.
Often useful: Simple order, payment and stock systems for traders and agri businesses, plus enquiry handling for schools and clinics.
Gujranwala
An industrial city with manufacturers of fans, electrical goods, ceramics and metal products.
Often useful: Production planning, dealer orders and inventory visibility across warehouses.
Peshawar
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's capital and a long-standing trade gateway, with wholesale, transport and services businesses.
Often useful: Wholesale order handling, payment reconciliation and customer messaging in Urdu and English.
Hyderabad and Quetta
Sindh's second city and Balochistan's capital, both regional trade and service hubs.
Often useful: Order intake, invoicing and reporting systems that work reliably for small teams.
