Custom business software and AI for UAE businesses
Updated
AutoBizzs Systems builds custom business software, AI and automation for companies in the United Arab Emirates — finance, HR and payroll, POS, CRMs, portals and the devices they connect to. AutoBizzs Systems is a fully remote team based in Pakistan. We don't have an office in this market, and we don't need one to do the work: scoping, design reviews, testing and handover all happen over video calls and shared workspaces.
The UAE is one of the easiest markets to work with remotely from Pakistan: the time difference is a single hour and the working weeks largely overlap. The bigger change for UAE businesses right now is e-invoicing, which becomes mandatory in phases from January 2027.

How does working with a team in Pakistan fit a UAE working day?
With only one hour between us, a UAE business gets almost a full shared working day. Calls can be booked in your morning or afternoon without anyone working late, and questions raised in the morning are usually answered the same day.
What does the UAE e-invoicing rollout mean for my systems?
The UAE is moving to a national electronic invoicing system where invoices are exchanged through Accredited Service Providers rather than sent as PDFs. According to the Ministry of Finance's phased timeline as reported in July 2026:
- A voluntary pilot started on 1 July 2026.
- Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must go live on 1 January 2027.
- Businesses below AED 50 million must adopt e-invoicing by 1 July 2027.
- Government entities follow by 1 October 2027.
We are not an Accredited Service Provider and don't replace one. Where we help is upstream: getting your orders, customer records and invoice data into a structured, consistent shape so your provider can send it without manual clean-up, and automating the steps around invoicing that are still done by hand. Confirm your own deadlines with your tax adviser, since dates can move.
What about customer data and free zones?
Onshore UAE businesses fall under the federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Companies in the DIFC and ADGM financial free zones have their own data protection regimes. Which one applies affects consent, record-keeping and where data can be stored, so we confirm it during scoping and design access controls and logging to match.
Arabic and English in the same inbox
Customer messages in the UAE arrive in English, Arabic and a mix of both, often over WhatsApp. If you are automating replies or routing, the system needs to be designed and tested with Arabic from the start, not translated as an afterthought, and anything it isn't sure about should go to a person.
