AutoBizzs Systems

Custom business software and AI for US businesses

Updated

AutoBizzs Systems builds custom business software, AI and automation for companies in the United States — finance, HR and payroll, CRMs, portals, custom apps and the AI inside them. AutoBizzs Systems is a fully remote team based in Pakistan. We don't have an office in this market, and we don't need one to do the work: scoping, design reviews, testing and handover all happen over video calls and shared workspaces.

The honest trade-off with a team in Pakistan is the time difference. Handled well, it becomes a benefit: work moves forward while you're offline. This page covers how that works, plus the US privacy rules that affect how we handle your data.

How does a 9–13 hour time difference actually work?

Pakistan doesn't change its clocks, so the gap with the US shifts by an hour when daylight saving starts and ends. During US daylight saving time, 9am in New York is 6pm in Pakistan, and 9am in Los Angeles is 9pm.

In practice we hold live calls at the start of your day and do the build work during ours. You review progress over your morning coffee, leave comments, and find them handled the next day. For most projects, one or two fixed weekly calls plus written updates are enough. If you need longer live overlap for a specific phase, such as launch week, we plan for it in advance.

Which US privacy rules apply to my project?

The US has no single federal privacy law for most businesses. Instead, a growing number of states have their own, with California's Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) the best known. Which ones apply depends on where your customers live and your size, not where your vendor is.

If you are a healthcare provider, health plan or one of their vendors, HIPAA applies to patient health information, and anyone handling it on your behalf needs a business associate agreement. We confirm this at scoping and design the system to keep protected data inside the platforms you control, with our access limited and logged.

Why work with a remote team instead of a local agency?

A remote team can be a good fit when you want a dedicated team, a defined scope and a system you own, and you're comfortable working in writing. It's a worse fit if you need someone on site, or if your project depends on many unplanned same-hour calls. We'd rather tell you that on the first call than discover it halfway through.
