AutoBizzs Systems

Custom business software and AI for UK businesses

Updated

AutoBizzs Systems builds custom business software, AI and automation for companies in the United Kingdom — finance, HR and payroll, CRMs, portals, custom apps and the AI inside them. AutoBizzs Systems is a fully remote team based in Pakistan. We don't have an office in this market, and we don't need one to do the work: scoping, design reviews, testing and handover all happen over video calls and shared workspaces.

The UK is a comfortable market to serve from Pakistan: there's a solid half-day of shared working hours. For UK businesses, the rules that most affect automation are UK GDPR and HMRC's Making Tax Digital, which reached Income Tax in April 2026.

How many working hours do we share?

Pakistan doesn't use daylight saving, so the gap is 4 hours from late March to late October and 5 hours in winter. A 9am call in London is 1pm or 2pm in Pakistan, which leaves the whole UK morning and early afternoon for live calls, reviews and questions.

What does UK GDPR mean for an automation project?

UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply to personal data about people in the UK. When we build or support a system that processes your customers' data, you are the controller and we act as a processor, so the work should be covered by a data processing agreement. Because our team is in Pakistan, transfers of personal data also need an appropriate safeguard, such as the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or addendum.

We keep this practical: data stays in your own systems wherever possible, test work uses dummy or minimised data, and our access is limited and removed at handover.

Will the system keep records ready for Making Tax Digital?

Making Tax Digital has applied to VAT-registered businesses since 2022. From 6 April 2026 it also covers sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000, dropping to £30,000 from April 2027, who must keep digital records and send quarterly updates through compatible software.

We don't replace your accounting software. What we automate is the messy part before it: capturing invoices, receipts and sales data in a consistent, digital form so it flows into the software your accountant already uses, instead of being re-typed every quarter.
