Custom business software and AI for businesses in Saudi Arabia
Updated
AutoBizzs Systems builds custom business software, AI and automation for companies in Saudi Arabia — finance, HR and payroll, POS, CRMs, portals and the devices they connect to. AutoBizzs Systems is a fully remote team based in Pakistan. We don't have an office in this market, and we don't need one to do the work: scoping, design reviews, testing and handover all happen over video calls and shared workspaces.
Saudi businesses face two rules that shape any system touching invoices or customer data: ZATCA's e-invoicing integration, which now reaches much smaller companies, and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), enforceable since September 2024.

How do the working weeks overlap?
Saudi businesses mostly work Sunday to Thursday, while Pakistan works Monday to Friday, so Monday to Thursday is the shared core of the week. With Pakistan two hours ahead, your mornings line up with our late morning and early afternoon. We agree a fixed weekly check-in time at the start of a project so nobody is waiting on Fridays or Sundays.
Am I in scope for ZATCA e-invoicing integration?
ZATCA's Phase 2 (integration) requires e-invoicing systems to connect directly to its FATOORA platform, and it is being extended to smaller businesses wave by wave. ZATCA announced in July 2026 that Wave 25 covers taxpayers whose VAT-able revenue exceeded SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025, with integration due by 1 February 2027. ZATCA notifies each business it selects at least six months before its deadline.
That threshold is low enough to include many small companies for the first time. If you've been invoicing from spreadsheets or a basic tool, the real work is usually getting customer, product and VAT data consistent before your integrated solution goes live. That is the part we automate and tidy up. Check your own wave and deadline with ZATCA or your tax adviser.
What does the PDPL mean for customer data?
The PDPL governs how you collect, use and store personal data about people in Saudi Arabia. SDAIA's transfer regulation (updated September 2024) sets conditions for moving personal data outside the Kingdom, such as standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards.
For automation projects this matters in practice: which cloud region your data sits in, who on our side can see it, and what gets logged. We settle these choices during scoping, and where data must stay in the Kingdom we design the system so it does, with our access limited to what's needed to build and support it.
Arabic-first customer channels
Most Saudi customers expect to be served in Arabic, frequently over WhatsApp. Chatbots and message routing should be designed for Arabic from day one, tested with real-style messages, and set to hand over to a person whenever they are unsure.
