AutoBizzs Systems: Services & How We Work

This page explains what AutoBizzs Systems builds, how a project runs, and who we are a good fit for. It also says who we are not a good fit for, because that saves everyone time.

The short version: AutoBizzs Systems is a custom AI automation and software engineering company. We look at how a business actually operates, find the repetitive and slow parts of the work, and build the software, automation, AI agents and integrations needed to run that work better. Our guiding idea is simple: automate the work, improve the system, give people their time back.

We are not mainly a chatbot vendor, a web-design agency or an outsourcing shop. We are also not a marketing company. We do not offer lead generation, cold outreach or marketing campaigns. We build the systems that handle work once it arrives.

If you want the wider background on what this kind of company does, start with our guide on what an AI automation agency actually does.

Our services, grouped by the problem they solve

All of our services are listed on the services page. They fall into three groups.

AI and agents

  • AI Automation: custom AI workflows that replace manual data entry. Think reading incoming documents or messages, pulling out the details that matter, and putting them where they belong.
  • AI Agents: software that receives an objective, analyzes information, calls the APIs it is allowed to call, runs multi-step tasks and hands exceptions to a person. We treat agents as controlled systems with scoped permissions and input checks, not as open-ended chatbots.
  • AI Chatbots: support assistants trained on your own knowledge base. They answer routine questions and pass anything uncertain or sensitive to a human.
  • AI Solutions: broader AI work for larger organisations, where the right model and approach are chosen for the job rather than fixed in advance.

  • Systems and CRM

  • CRM Automation: lead capture, qualification, scoring, assignment and follow-up tracking inside the pipeline you already use.
  • WhatsApp Automation: automated business messaging connected to the rest of your operation.
  • Business Process Automation: back-office work such as routing, record updates, follow-ups and document processing. We use AI here only where it adds real value.
  • Appointment Booking: booking flows connected to calendars and the systems your team already uses.

  • Custom software

  • Custom Software: CRMs, dashboards, client portals and internal platforms built around how your business works.
  • Web Development: web applications and sites built with Next.js and TypeScript.
  • Workflow Automation: API connectors that link your tools so data moves between them without copy and paste.
  • Smart Inventory Management: stock sync and reorder automation for retailers, including invoice-processing concepts.

  • The tech stack we use

    For web applications and dashboards we build on Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. On the back end we use Supabase and PostgreSQL, and we deploy on Vercel.

    Public pages are usually statically generated so they load fast and are easy for search engines to read. Interactive dashboards use server-side rendering and client components where needed.

    For AI, we are not tied to one vendor. We pick the model for each project, whether that is Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or an open-source model, based on cost, speed and what the task needs.

    On security, we build in authentication, role-based access, row-level security, proper handling of secret keys and input validation. We do not claim any system is perfectly secure. Security is an ongoing requirement, not a one-time box to tick.

    How an engagement runs

    Every project follows the same broad path.

  • Discover. We map your current workflow, the tools you use, where work gets stuck and what constraints you have.
  • Analyze. We separate the steps that simple rules can handle from the steps that genuinely need AI. AI is used where it helps with reading, sorting or writing, not by default.
  • Architect. We design the system: data structure, APIs, automation flow and who can access what.
  • Build. We develop the application, integrations, automation and any AI parts.
  • Test. We check function, security, performance and how the AI behaves on real inputs.
  • Launch. We deploy and help your team get used to the new way of working.
  • Optimize. We adjust based on how the system performs in real use.

  • Pricing and timelines depend on scope, so we do not quote either up front. As a rough guide, projects typically take a few weeks to a couple of months depending on scope, confirmed after we scope the work.

    We design automation to fail safely. That means input validation, logging, safe retries and passing unresolved problems to a person, so nothing breaks quietly in the background.

    The examples on our projects page are illustrative solution patterns, not audited client results. One real, measured result we can point to is an invoice and inventory automation system that processes 1,200+ invoices per month and saves 12+ hours per week per accounts-payable clerk.

    Who we are a good fit for

    We tend to work well with businesses that:

  • have a clear, repeated process that eats staff time, such as handling inquiries, updating records or processing documents;
  • already use some tools (a CRM, a calendar, a spreadsheet, a messaging channel) that do not talk to each other;
  • want a system built around their own workflow rather than a generic template;
  • are comfortable working with a remote team. We are based in Pakistan and serve B2B clients internationally, including the US, UK, UAE and Saudi Arabia. You can read more on where we work.

  • Who we are not a good fit for

    Being honest about this matters. We are probably not the right partner if:

  • you need lead generation, cold outreach or marketing campaigns. We do not offer these.
  • an off-the-shelf tool already does what you need. If a standard app solves the problem, use it. Custom work only makes sense when your process is different enough to justify it.
  • the process itself is still changing week to week. Automating a process that is not settled usually means rebuilding it later. It is often better to stabilise the steps first.
  • you want a fixed price before anyone has looked at the workflow. We scope first, then price.

  • If you are still comparing options, our guide on how to choose an IT company for business solutions gives a checklist you can use with any provider, not just us.

    The people behind the work

    AutoBizzs Systems was founded by Muhammad Hamza (Founder & CEO) with co-founders Hassan Mohtashim (Co-founder & CTO) and Shaheer Liaqat (Co-founder & Social Media Expert). Anum Shafiq is our COO. You can see full profiles on the team page.
